Baildon In Bloom's annual finances will be made available in the Documents section of the Baildon Village Website as soon as possible.

Please see below for details of grant providers and other sources of income.

BAILDON PARISH COUNCIL FUNDING

2007/8

Amount: £2100

For: Various

2008/9

Amount # 1: £2900

For: Various

Amount # 2: £2000

For: Provision of Christmas decorations

(A partnership with Baildon Parish Council is pending with the possibility of the Parish Council resuming full responsibility in 2009)

2009/10 

Amount: £2900

OTHER GRANT PROVIDERS

  • Baildon Carnival Committee

Amount: £500

For: Subsidised planted hanging baskets with brackets for local businesses and half-barrel planters

  • Shipley Area Committee's Communities-in-Bloom fund

Amount: £1000 

For: Subsidised planted hanging baskets with brackets for local businesses

  • Baildon Futures Partnership

Amount: £2000

For: Two rectangular wooden planters and start-up costs

  • Baildon Flower Club

Amount: £100

For: Paid labour

  • Bradford Vision's Safer, Greener & Cleaner fund

Amount: £1380

For: Improvements in the Village Car Park and in the vicinity of Ian Clough Hall

  4. Refreshments at 2007 AGM (break-even) and 2008 open meeting (break-even)
