Your own personal health coach: free!
Janet, our health coach, will help you to set personal health goals, then support you for up to eight weeks to achieve them. The service is free and confidential.
If you wish to speak to Janet for some one-to-one support on any health issue you can do so at Baildon Link from 6th July.
Janet works 12.30 to 4.30pm each Monday for three months trial.
Janet will be able to introduce you to other organisations that might be able to help; new places and groups. She will encourage and motivate you to make positive changes.
