Please note that the Secretary's contacts are at the bottom of this page.

All Baildon residents are entitled to participate in setting the agenda for the meeting, amending the Constitution, electing the officers (currently Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) and voting in any other votes held.

To propose an item of business, please make this known to the Secretary by noon on Wednesday 10th September.  Please include your postal address and if applicable an e-mail address and/or telephone number.  Depedning on the nature of the business, it may be necessary that you can attend the meeting in order for it to be an item on the agenda.

The Secretary must receive any proposed amendments to the Constitution by noon on Wednesday 10th September.  Please include your postal address and if applicable an e-mail address and/or telephone number.  Proposed amendments will then appear on the agenda, when it is published on Thursday 11th September: a fortnight in advance of the meeting.

Proposals may be withdrawn at any time.  Amendments to published proposals can be made by residents at any time, so long as this is in writing to the Secretary.  Please include your postal address and if applicable an e-mail address and/or telephone number.  Residents do not have to be present at the AGM to submit a proposed amendment, but may wish to be.

A copy of the existing Constitution will be placed in Baildon Branch Library, which is located on Hall Cliffe, for Friday 4th September.  It will also be available in portable document format (PDF) on request.  To obtain a copy, please contact the Secretary.

From  Thursday 11th September, a copy of the 2008 agenda and 2007 minutes will be placed in Baildon Branch Library.  They will also be available in portable document format (PDF) on request and at the meeting.  To obtain a copy, please contact the Secretary.    A copy of the 2008 agenda and 2007 minutes will only be e-mailed or posted in advance of the meeting to those who signed the attendance list at the previous AGM.
