There will be an opportunity to:

• Hear how Baildon did in the Yorkshire In Bloom competition
• View a slideshow of this year's photographic record
• Hear end-of-year reports from the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer
• Approve the annual finances
• Amend the Constitution
• Elect a new Committee
• Put questions to the old Committee
• Comment on and contribute to the new Action Plan
  

How?

There will be a formal meeting with a set agenda for roughly an hour, followed by refreshments and a short talk about effective composting.
