Baildon In Bloom: Key Date
Annual General Meeting 2009, including "How To Compost", a short presentation by Kate Stanley (Bradford Council's Waste Education Officer). All welcome!
Additional items for the agenda and/or proposals for amendments to the Constitution must be submitted to the Secretary (in writing) by 5pm on Wednesday 9th September.
When?
7:30pm to approx. 9:30pm on Tuesday 22nd September
Where?
Large Meeting Room, Ian Clough Hall, Hall Cliffe, Baildon.
Who?
All welcome. Residents may vote if required.
What?
There will be an opportunity to:
- Hear how Baildon did in the Yorkshire In Bloom competition
- View a slideshow of this year's photographic record
- Hear end-of-year reports from the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer
- Approve the annual finances
- Amend the Constitution
- Elect a new Committee
- Put questions to the old Committee
- Comment on and contribute to the new Action Plan
How?
There will be a formal meeting with a set agenda for roughly an hour, followed by refreshments and a short talk about effective composting.
