Baildon Community Council last AGM Print E-mail
Written by Paul Marfell

Baildon Community Council has had its last meeting.

11 years ago, almost to the day, Baildon Community Council was formed under the guidance of Sarah Groves. Since then it has been involved in many areas within Baildon. It has acted as a communication channel and has tried to keep Bradford Council imformed.

The Community Council was one of the key players in the Baildon Futures Partnership and was actively involved in the process of getting the Baildon Parish Council. They also worked hard with Baildon in Bloom.

They held their last meeting on Tuesday night at Baildon Link and agreed that they had formed some good friendships and would get together socially so that those friendship were not lost.

They wished the Parish Council all the best in their efforts for the good of Baildon.
