IT IS FREE - Bradford have changed their minds. Baildon Parish Council objected to the car park charges of 30p for the first hour's parking. As a result the modified charges will not be implemented. 

The proposal was:-

From 3rd September 2007 the first hour of parking will cost 30p. Up to 2 hours stays the same but for more than 2 hours the charge goes from 120p to 150p.
