 What a terrific evening it was - so good to see lots of Baildon people coming out for the lights switch-on (which was a bit of an anti-climax!). However, I'm sure if more people can get involved and more local businesses contribute to the cost, perhaps that can be expanded on next year. If we had been asked to contribute we would have been happy to do so. It would have been good to have a larger space for people to congregate away from traffic to watch Father Christmas. Somewhere like the Ian Clough Hall car park would be ideal and perhaps the Hall could be used as well? Just a thought.
