Feed the Birds Evening with Yeadon and District Male Voice Choir 24th February
I have had some news about the evening from Andrew Clark, who said: -
The evening went very well with about one hundred and twenty people coming along. People did appreciate having a local event.
Feed the Birds was an apt title reflecting the work of the Friends, not only in their winter feeding of the birds but their other conservation work.It was also a chance to promote the choir, the reserve and it's Friends Group.
The Friends are very grateful to the performers and Baildon Methodist Church for all their help and every one who came and supported the evening. It raised over £400, so the birds will not be going hungry!
I have extracted the following from the programme. An evening's musical entertainment with Yeadon & District Male Voice Choir guest soloist Monica Dobson Musical Director Ken Helmsley Accompanist Margaret Wells Compere Roy Helmsley
