Baildon Village Discussion Board

Suggestions for Baildon P C - 2007/08/20 20:53 Baildon is generally very drab at christmas time. We have very few lights; the christmas tree is pathetic; very few shopkeepers make a festive effort. Many smaller places show us up. Crosshills and Farsley for example are much more festive.

Can the Parish Council try to make Baildon take on a much better festive appearance?

Speeding along West Lane is as bad as ever. Can this be addressed.

The cycle area in the Ian Clough car park for the
youngsters is pathetic and so small. It never seems to be in use. How much money did Bradford Council spend on this white elephant. Why not ask the youngsters of the village to come up with suggestions for improvement otherwise get rid of it and replace with flower beds.

Thanks for your suggestions Bryan. The Council will be made aware of them.
