The Parish Council now has its own web site where you will find the agenda for the meeting on Monday. This link should take you to the appropriate place - Documents As you will see there is an item on the agenda for planning applications.
The applications that will be considered at the Parish Council meetings can usually be found here. You can also access the same information but on a map here.
I am chair of the Parish Council Planning Review Committee. We review planning applications twice each month and any objection we make must be based on the planning policies. The date of this application is such that we will need to review this application at the full Council meeting on Monday. The full meetings, held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:15pm in the Baildon Link, Cliffe Avenue, are open to the public and 15 minutes is put aside for an open discussion. The Planning Review meetings are held at 7:30pm in the Link. These meetings are also open to the public. It is planned that these meetings are on the last Thursday of the month but this has to change to fit with the response dates for application.
