A competition/promotion code on the website. Prizes donated by local businesses.

Local primary schools asked to submit artwork from pupils and the one with the largest number of comments gets moved to a prominent place on the site. Could be repeated as required.

Someone to review the contentious planning applications and invite comment on the discussion board.
