 Jenny Lane Playing Field Fence - 2008/07/03 00:41 If you want to comment on the application for a Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Use submitted by the Catholic Diocese that has been mentioned on the website here. Then please feel free to do so within this forum.

 Re:Jenny Lane Playing Field Fence - 2008/11/18 13:01 The Catholic Diocese have now submitted a planning application, number 08/06381/FUL, for the building of a fence to restrict access to the main open space of the Jenny Lane playing field. You can read the details of the application by following this link to the Bradford Public Access site here.

My view, as a Baildon resident, is that this will seriously reduce access and use of what is recognised as one of the open recreation areas of Baildon. Building a fence around the open area so that it can not be used as recreation ground will then mean that it could be considered for development for housing.

Suggestions as to what can be done about this are welcome. The Parish Council would also like to hear from you.
